Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VB Sharp LLC (“VB Sharp,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional mobile knife sharpening services, including mobile pick-up and delivery and drop-off at participating partner locations. Our service area covers Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Sebastian, Indian River County, and St. Lucie County, Florida. By booking a service, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Agreement

We will sharpen your knives to the best of our professional ability. Results may vary based on the condition of the blade, the quality of the steel, and prior wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse service on any item that is severely damaged, unsafe to handle, or that we determine cannot be adequately serviced.

3. Liability Limitations

VB Sharp is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to knives or tools
• Normal material removal that results from the sharpening process
• Knives that break or chip during sharpening due to pre-existing cracks, corrosion, or defects
• Loss or damage during transport beyond reasonable care

By submitting items, the customer agrees to disclose any known damage before service and accepts that older or damaged knives may be more susceptible to damage during professional sharpening. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, VB Sharp's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for one-time services is due upon delivery or pickup
• Subscription / membership plans are billed monthly
• No refunds are issued for services already completed
• Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Scheduling & Cancellation

• Customers must cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled pickup
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or emergency

6. Photo Policy

We may take before-and-after photos for service documentation. With your consent, these photos may be used for marketing. You may opt out of marketing use at any time by contacting us.

7. Membership Terms

• Memberships bill on a monthly recurring basis
• You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
• No long-term contract is required
• Plan benefits are non-transferable

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data, and we use your information only to deliver and improve our service.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any issue in good faith first — please contact us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be venued in Indian River County, Florida.
