1. Service Overview

VB Sharp LLC (“VB Sharp,” “we,” “our”) provides mobile knife and scissors sharpening services to residential and commercial customers in Vero Beach and Indian River County, Florida. By booking a pickup or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

Submitting a booking request through our website is a request only — it is not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup window. VB Sharp reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and Square. No payment is charged in advance. Subscription plans are billed per cycle as agreed at time of signup.

4. Handling of Blades

VB Sharp exercises reasonable care in handling all blades. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or blades that cannot be safely sharpened. We reserve the right to decline sharpening a blade if we determine it poses a safety risk or cannot be adequately serviced.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before we arrive. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for cycles already in progress.

6. Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone, and address solely to provide our service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and used only for scheduling, communication, and service fulfillment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, VB Sharp's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian River County, Florida.
